Cultural Center Madness!

Everyday is full of surprises. Look what appeared in the Kaohsiung Cultural Center (a park by my apartment) earlier this week:

Cultural awareness of the World games in 2009? (If I'm wrong, you need to tell me why they are there -- credit the brownie points to Sarah Palin if I'm right (rotfl) NOT ) Or because they probably look great in publicity shots with FETAs.
